Delivery information Next working Day Delivery information: Order your PING equipment before 1pm and we'll send it by courier the same day for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 1pm will be sent the next working day. We only offer our £5.99 delivery service to UK mainland addresses. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday and all day Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. Deliveries placed before 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on Friday for Monday delivery. We do not deliver on weekends, public and bank holidays. In the event of you not receiving your delivery when you expect please contact us at customer.services@usedping.co.uk and we will provide you with tracking details in order to trace your order. Refunds of delivery fees are not offered for late deliveries. Deliveries are made through DHL between 8am and 9pm. The DHL driver will require a signature upon delivery. If a signature cannot be obtained a DHL card will be left with details of the DHL depot where the delivery can be collected from. If the delivery is not collected within 7 days the equipment will be returned to usedping.co.uk at a cost of £10 . Before re-delivery the £10 charge and the new delivery fee of £5.99 must be paid. Delivery fees and return delivery fees will not be refunded. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and other UK Islands can take up to 3 working days and costs £12.99 European Delivery Information. Shipping to other European Union Countries is selectable from the 'current shipping option is:' drop down list at the checkout page. We do not ship Golf Bags outside of the UK. Shipping to Southern Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Channel Islands, Isle of Man & The Netherlands costs £25.00 and can take up to 5 working days. Shipping to Germany & France is £32.00 and can take up to 7 working days. Shipping to Italy, Portugal, Austria & Mainland Spain is £36.00 and can take up to 8 working days. Shipping to Finland, Sweden & Denmark is £40.00 and can take up to 10 working days. Shipping to The Czech Republic, Hungary & Poland is £45.00 and can take up to 10 working days. Shipping to Greece is £49.00 and can take up to 12 working days. We do not delivery to countries not listed above. |
