Delivery information Next Working Day Delivery information: Order your PING equipment before 1pm and we'll send it by courier the same day for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 1pm will be sent the next working day. We only offer our £5.99 delivery service to UK mainland addresses. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday and all day Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. Deliveries placed before 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on Friday for Monday delivery. We do not deliver on weekends, public and bank holidays. Please note that transit times are never guaranteed. In the event of you not receiving your delivery when you expect (as detailed on the checkout page under, current shipping is:') then please contact usedping.co.uk immediately at customer.services@usedping.co.uk and we will provide you with tracking details in order to trace your order and contact the delivery courier. Refunds of delivery fees are not offered for late deliveries. Deliveries are made through DHL / YoDel between 8am and 9pm. The DHL / YoDel driver will require a signature upon delivery. If a signature cannot be obtained a DHL / YoDel card will be left with details of the DHL / YoDel depot where the delivery can be collected from. If the delivery is not collected within 7 days the equipment will be returned to usedping.co.uk at a cost of £10. Once returned the the payment will be refunded and the item will be put back on the usedping.co.uk website for re-ordering, the original delivery charges will be deducted from the total refund made. Delivery fees and return delivery fees will not be refunded. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and other UK Islands can take up to 3 working days and costs £12.99 European Delivery Information. Shipping to other European Union Countries is selectable from the 'current shipping option is:' drop down list at the checkout page. We do not ship Golf Bags outside of the UK. |
