The PING G5 driver was introduced in 2007. The PING G5 game improvement driver replaces the popular PING G2 driver. The G5 driver has a reputation for distance and accuracy on tee boxes around the world.
The PING G5 Driver carries its technology inside. The titanium 460cc driver's
internal weighting system is achieved by moving eight grams of weight from
the crown and face to the sole this positions the centre of gravity lower
for lower spin and higher launch.
The G5 come in lofts of 7.5, 9.0, 10.5, 12.0, 13.5
degrees and also has an offset version for golfers with a slice wanting
to promote a right to left ball flight. The offset G5 is available in lofts
of 9.0, 10.5 or 12.0 degrees.
